PLEASE NOTE THAT AS PER OUR COVID UPDATE: THE LASER CLINICS COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT BEYOND THE 27th JANUARY 2022 AND ANY EASING OF CURRENT GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS:

We thank you for your patience and we look forward to welcoming new and existing clients to The Laser Clinic.

Please be assured that we fully comply with government regulations and have put in place all of the appropriate measures to ensure your safety and wellbeing.

Please bear in mind that these policies are necessary, and everyone must adhere to them. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY so that you are prepared for not only the changes we have made, but also for the guidance we are asking our clients to adhere to, so as to avoid any disappointment on arrival and during your appointment.

Due to the nature of our business, we have to be especially careful of cross contamination and we have put in place several policies for your protection. These include:

  1. Do not attend your appointment if you have any symptoms of Covid-19 including a persistent cough, temperature and/or loss of taste and smell.
  2. Wear a face mask/covering when entering the premises. (We do not provide these).
  3. Sanitise hands on entering premises.
  4. Strictly one client in the clinic at a time (please do not bring anyone with you)*
  5. No toilet facilities for clients.
  6. No cash or cheque payments. Card only.
  7. Appointment only – we cannot let you in without an appointment so please ring or email to book.

*(if you require a translator or have a disability and require assistance, please let us know prior to your appointment so we can make any necessary arrangements).

We would ask that when you arrive, that you are on time to avoid the inconvenience of waiting outside. When you arrive, you will need to knock on the door, and you will be let in by the Receptionist at your appointment time.
We now have a policy in place which means only one client can be in the clinic at a time. This is to prevent unnecessary contact with other clients in our small reception area. We therefore ask that you arrive for your appointment at the appointment time and not before if possible. Our receptionist will let you in at the designated appointment time. (Please let us know if you are running late).

Please do not bring anybody with you as we can only let one person in at a time. *(if you require a translator or have a disability or require assistance, please let us know prior to your appointment so we can make any necessary arrangements).

We have implemented a minimum 15-minute space between all client appointments in order to ensure that we can complete thorough cross infection procedures prior to your appointment.

Please bear in mind that we do not have toilet facilities for client use.

On entering the clinic, we ask that all clients use the hand sanitising station. This is for your protection and our protection and is still the most important thing we can do to prevent the spread of the virus.
You will be called through to the treatment room by your practitioner.

On completion of your treatment/appointment you will be taken to the reception desk to make a further appointment and make payment as appropriate.

We thank you for your understanding and will hopefully see you soon.
